Technology
I noticed you don't do Taguchi testing. What gives?
Taguchi testing is indeed very powerful if you want to go crazy and test tons of stuff on your web page. It allows you to reduce the number of trial runs using a fancy orthogonal design process.

We will probably add this functionality soon, but in the meantime, why don't you focus on thinking about what you really want to test (which you can easily do with TestLab), rather than randomly throwing up many different options (which would require reducing via a Taguchi test). You'll save money anyway since you won't need to pay for fancy tests.
Are you able to track organic SEO and/or landing pages from Google Ad Words?
We don't do this in version 1.0, but this is the next feature we'll be adding real soon (and it won't cost you a boatload of extra money for this feature).
What kinds of things can I test with your technology?
Actually, you can test virtually anything. For example, test a Call to Action, bonus gifts, guarantees, an image, a form, headings, colors, even a whole page.
What are the system requirements for using TestLab?
You don't need anything. That's because TestLab is an application system provider, meaning that you will run your tests using our website. All you will need to do it paste code on your web pages.

You can work with TestLab via almost all browsers and on both PCs and Macs (using the most recent version of Safari).
Is a javascript solution bad for testing web sites?
You might read on some testing sites that their solution is best because they don't use javascript (they might even cite that many users have javascript disabled). However, most internet users do have Javascript enabled due to the majority of websites using Javascript. As reported by The Counter web stats, nearly 90% of internet users have Javascript enabled.
Reporting
What kind of reports do you have?
We offer text based reports, and graphical charts and graphs. Our reports give you the ability to monitor you page options by day, month, and year. You have the ability to view your results by page, or by specific option combination.
How It Works
What is a simple A/B?
An A/B test is where you change only one thing (e.g., some copy, a form, an image, etc.) on a web page and keep everything else constant. It's called an A/B test because you are going to test the effectiveness of 2 possibilites, such as 2 different images, or 2 different ways to present a form. By randomly showing these 2 different options to visitors, you can see which option is most effective, such as getting people to fill out the form, or click onto the next page.
What is multi-level split testing?
This is simply an extension of an A/B test. With multi-level split testing, you are not restricted to 2 options (A and B), but any number of options.
What is a multivariate test?
A multivariate test allows you to run several multi-level tests at the same time on your web page. Thus, you could be testing both a call to action and a form at the same time.
